Contact Dermatitis: Allergic or Irritant

Irritant

Both may present with papules and vesicles.  Pruritus, redness, discoloration on darker skin, crusting oozing, or dryness may be present. 

With allergic contact dermatitis, the margins may correspond to shape of the contact surface.
