Well-defined erythema, edema or loss of epidermis

Reaction or inflammation caused by a chemical

Usually caused by the enzymatic drainage from ostomy

Correct size opening of pouching system

Modification of pouching system—belt? convexity?

Consider crusting

For peristomal skin irritation example irritant dermatitis consider new product called cyanoacrylate (example Marathon from Medline).
